    Hi Ron,

My I-140 is approved in July-2015 with employer-A. I will complete 3 years on my H1-B on sep-30-2015. My current employer-A has already filed for H1-B extension.

My client is interested in converting me as a direct employee & as per their policy GC will be started after 1-Year.

Let's assume i will get H1-B extension till sep-30-2018 with employer-A. Then i will move to employer-B (my client) and GC starts in 2017 and assume something goes wrong with my GC.

    Can i come back to employer-A assuming he won't revoke my H1-B & I-140?

    Appreciate your time & response.
