August Visa bulletin: How EB3 - China retrogressed to 2004 from 2011. How this is possible.
Good for EB3 India - jumped 6 months.
That EB3I jump was due to spillover from WW.
and it went to the most backlogged country.
I don't want to raise false hopes, but it is likely we will see something similar in September, followed by a mild retrogression in October. If your PD is current, file your AOS immediately after August 1st.
Ron, when do you think 2010 dates will becom a reality in EB2I?
I am getting concered seeing this post - esp if there will be retrogression - i am loosing all hope:-(
I was referring only to EB3I
Do you foresee EB2 I retrogress this fiscal year? Also, based on the current trend and situation, when do you think EB2 I Marc 26 2010 will become current (atleast for a month)?
Magic ball says Oct 201X where x can range from 6 to 9
I don't foresee a retrogression in September, but neither do I see a progression.
But how about progression next year? Do you think we will get to Apr 2010 by March 2016?
Unless there is an unexpected infusion of visas, I seriously doubt it.
Oh Boy!!!! When can we expect it to be current....Atleast sometime before Oct 2016 or do you expect it to be latter?
I honestly don't know.
A lot of EB3-I people from June-October 2004 PD have reported getting RFEs recently. Has the USCIS made it truly mandatory to get a new Medical done before giving green cards or it is still case by case? Thanks
Yes. Medical results are only valid for one year now. Wait until they ask for new results, however, before you submit them. They are not asking for them every year, only when they are close to closing out the case.
Thanks Ron. Has anyone in your knowledge recently received approval with their 5 plus years old medical on file at the USCIS. So basically, should I not expect an approval if I become current sometime in the next 2-3 months without a medical RFE? Thanks again.
You are correct. Expect an RFE.
Thanks Ron. Are these RFEs sent to both me and you (you are my awesome lawyer!) or only to you? Thanks
