    Hello All,

My wife's petition has been sent to USCIS for possible revocation. Its already been more than a month since USCIS received the case and we haven't heard any progress regarding the same. The case was return simply because CO thought there was no E-E-R between petitioner and beneficiary. I don't know what to do?

145 days since USCIS received the case. The case status still shows Post activity decision. Any idea?

Because of the large volume of cases being returned to the USCIS (reportedly, more than10,000 last year), there is a backlog in the unit that reviews these cases.
