You can make the move, but unless the middle (bridge) petition is approved, you will lose status.

Assuming the second petition was filed before the first petition was withdrawn (employers may withdraw, only the CIS can revoke), then your status depends entirely upon the approval of the second petition. If you begin work immediately upon the filing of the third petition, you had better hope that the second employer doesn't withdraw its petition.
