Can I transfer my H1 Visa. Urgent

Hi,

This is my situation.

1. Stayed in US for over 3 years
2. Came to India in APR 2008 to stamp I 797 which was valid till July 2008.
3. Got a 221g so couldnt go back on job.
4. Filed for extension in FEB 2008.
5. Got 221g cleared in SEPT 2008. But EXT for visa got an RFE and company refused to reply for same so they withdrew the application.

Please suggest what are options for me. I have a valid I 140 but dont have a valid Visa havent completed 6 years on H1b yet.

If a new employer petitions for you before next April, you won't have to requalify under the quota and you can come in on your existing H visa and the new I-797.
