Response to Continued Employement Authorization

Ron,

I received an RFE to prove Continued Employment Authorization since 1999. What would be the most effective way to respond? Do I copy EAD's, Approval notices?

Put together a collection of documents that show that you had employment authorization at all times. This might include OPT authorization, I-797 approval notices for H status, EADs, and similar documents.

Thanks Ron, I my case its only EAD's and I-797 approval notices since I had G4 status from the time I came to US. RFE is only for me, do I have to include dependents EAD's as well?

Only respond to the direct call of the RFE. If they don't ask for something, don't supply it. It will only confuse them or cause them to ask more questions.
