Finger print toke place in March so his fingers haven't change! All advice is very much appreciated.

We received our green card one month back and now I have a lucrative offer from another company. I have been with my sponsoring company for 6 years and would love to take this new opportunity now. would i be in trouble later? Are these reasonable explanation if i do get in trouble at the port of entry or naturalization stage:
-I started inteviewing for this position after 6 months of 485 but before getting GC (thinking i will change jobs and apply AC21). but i got my GC and they gave the offer after i got GC.
-Is two-three months with the employer not considered reasonable time?
-The new job is in the same industry but a higher position. it's not really a career change.
-can actually my sponsering company complain to the USCIS and get me in trouble right away?
-If the question arises at the naturalization stage only, if we don't want to become citizens, would we be ok?
-can they deny GC renewal coz i left the sponser so soon?
-what if only my wife applies for citizenship, will she be in trouble because i changed jobs?
